As previously reported, we initially thought that the contract details to bring Cullen Jenkins to DC were nearly all set.  Now we are hearing from the same source that the guaranteed money was not agreed upon and the Redskins appear to be happy to drop talks. We are now hearing that, the Cowboys and Packers have taken the lead in landing him.  The Redskins recently signed Stephen Bowen, also to the defensive end spot.  They released Philip Daniels this morning.
